Industrial Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager in the Industrial & Commercial sector, your role involves maintaining connections with upcoming industrial projects, industrial architects, and turnkey contractors. You will be required to visit various industrial clusters and belts for meetings and lead generations. Your responsibilities also include conducting market research to identify selling possibilities, evaluating customer needs, and actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients, listening to their wishes and concerns, preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on products and services, making accurate cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations are key tasks. You will also participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences, negotiate/close deals, handle complaints or objections, and effectively represent the company in all interactions. Desired Qualifications: - Self-motivated and driven by targets - Prior working experience in industrial sales with connections in industries and knowledge about upcoming industrial belts or clusters - Familiarity with domain products such as Automatic Gates, Home Automation, Shutters, High-speed Doors, or Access Control Systems - Resilience Qualifications Required: - Industrial Sales experience: 4 years preferred - Construction sales experience: 4 years preferred - Language proficiency: English preferred - Willingness to travel: 50% preferred Please note that the job type is Full-time, Permanent with benefits including health insurance, provident fund, day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
