Industrial Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities in the robotics, industrial automation, and capital equipment sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
• Develop strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Track market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for prospective clients.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of proven success in B2B sales/business development.
• Mandatory experience in robotics, industrial automation, or capital equipment.
• Strong understanding of technical sales and ability to communicate complex solutions effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel as required.
