- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing industrial clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the designated region.
Technical Consultation & Solutions- Provide product demonstrations and technical support.
- Work closely with the engineering team to develop customized solutions.
Market & Competitor Analysis- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
Customer Support & Relationship Management- Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications & Skills- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Strong ability to identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and close deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Willingness to travel across the designated region for client meetings and site visits.
