Job Description

You will be responsible for driving business growth as a Sales Engineer/Territory Manager based in Ludhiana for Airify Technologies LLP. Your main tasks will include identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing tailored technical solutions to meet client needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and sales skills to effectively promote Airify Technologies products and services in Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing industrial clients. - Generate leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the designated region. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable industrial welding products, air compressors, MRO products, and industrial solutions. - Provide product demonstrations and technical support. - Collaborate with the engineering team to develop customized solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. - Provide feedback to the management team to refine product offerings and sales strategies. - Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Coordinate with the Principal Sales Team for product demos and technical proposal writing. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools. - Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review. **Qualifications & Skills:** - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). - 2 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Industrial Welding products, industrial equipment, or MRO solutions. - Understanding of Industrial Welding products & applications, industrial machinery, or related technical fields. - Strong ability to identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and close deals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel across the designated region for client meetings and site visits.
