Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Engineer (1 to 3 year Industrial & B2B Sales experience) to drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively promote Airify Technologies ( is a Channel partner for Air compressor, Bearings, Welding solutions and lubricant OEM’s) products and services across Chandigarh, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Haryana.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development Place of Posting: Chandigarh & Baddi - Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing industrial clients. - Generate leads and convert them into sales through consultative selling. - Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets in the designated region.Technical Consultation & Solutions - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable air compressors, MRO products, and Industrial solutions. - Provide product demonstrations and technical support. - Address client inquiries, provide after-sales support, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools. . Qualifications & Skill set - Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). - 1 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in air compressors, industrial equipment, or MRO solutions. - Understanding of compressed air systems, industrial machinery, or related technical fields. - Strong ability to identify customer pain points, propose solutions, and close - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Willingness to travel across the designated region for client meetings and site visits.
