Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your engineering and quality assurance expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.You'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our manufacturing processes and products, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Process & Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Supplier Quality Assurance), support NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management, and contribute to quality assurance initiatives, and much more.You’ll specifically take care of managing quality control plans and workstation audits, but also lead defect analysis and drive zero-defect improvement programs.We’ll look to you for:
- Managing internal NCRs and supporting their closure using problem-solving methodologies like QRQC
- Participating in customer inspections
- Qualifying manufacturing teams for self-inspection processes
- Performing workstation audits and dynamic checklist management
- Analyzing in-house rejections and driving improvements
- Leading quality assurance initiatives, including QRQC for defects and criticality matrix analysis
- Ensuring compliance with inspection check sheets and product quality before shipping
- Implementing and updating quality control plans during pre- and serial manufacturing activities
- Stopping production for mandatory reasons to ensure safety, quality, and process compliance
All About You

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or equivalent)
- Ability to read drawings/specifications and familiarity with test equipment and tools
- Special Process Qualification at Level 2 (according to Quality Academy criteria)
- Experience in managing quality tools such as 8D and QRQC
- Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO9001) and quality tools
- 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial quality or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in audits (appreciated)
- Railway industry experience (a plus)
- Strong communication skills and rigor in execution
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and handle production/delivery pressures
