Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Indian and Tandoori Commis with 1-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes, including Indian and Tandoori cuisine.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to create innovative and delicious menus.
Develop and implement new recipes and cooking techniques to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal costs.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of Indian and Tandoori cuisine, including cooking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including saut pans and tandoor ovens.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
