Job Title: Site Lead (Head) - Offshore

Location:

Role Overview:

The Site Lead will be responsible for overseeing all operations at the designated site, ensuring seamless delivery of services, adherence to organizational standards, and fostering a high-performance culture. This role demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to manage large-scale teams and complex client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Leadership & Governance:

• Provide overall leadership for the site, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client expectations.
• Drive operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management across all functions.

Delivery Management:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of software services, ensuring quality, timelines, and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with global delivery teams to maintain consistency and excellence.

People Management:

• Lead and mentor senior managers and functional heads.
• Drive talent development, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and growth opportunities.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and execute site-level strategies to support business growth and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Financial Planning & Billing:

• Ensure accurate and timely client billing and invoicing in compliance with contractual terms.
• Partner with finance teams to track P&L performance and implement corrective actions when needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience:

• Minimum 20+ years in IT/Software Services with proven experience in managing large delivery centers/sites.
• Experience in Data Analytics, AL/ML, Cloud data technologies, AWS.
• Strong exposure to global delivery models and multi-client environments.

• Leadership:

• Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage senior leadership.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Technical & Business Acumen:

• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, service delivery, and emerging technologies.
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.

• Financial Expertise:

• Strong understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience in client billing processes and financial compliance.

• Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels.
