Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.Job responsibilitiesRefine and evolve business, operational, and control requirements to drive agile product development of the strategic System of Record for index data in alignment with wider business prioritiesEnable integration and adoption of product features and functions; manage a sustainable onboarding and support model for new prospect consumersDemonstrate progress and deliver on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) associated with the productProgress and champion the business case and vision for the productFacilitate communication between product technology & operations and business stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product roadmapEnsure that index data adheres to firm-wide and governance and ownership standardsPartner with 3rd party vendors and internal 3rd party oversight & controls to deliver low-risk, high-value solutions to front and back office stakeholdersManage a fast pace team where every day presents a new challenge
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
SME on index data with understanding on index methodologyMinimum 5 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrate a level of understanding of market reference data, with a background within index processingSolid practical understanding of the financial service businesses, products, and processesStrong communications skills both written and verbalStrong analytical skillsStrong program and project management skills or product management experienceHighly skilled in MS PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Ideal candidate is likely to have previous experience either from Asset Management, Fund accounting, Hedge Funds or market data vendorsDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organizationFamiliarity with data, fixed income, and alternative index market data providers is preferredAbility to manage relationships across all AWM functionsAbility to develop cooperative and constructive working relationships across globally distributed teamsCollaborative team player orientation towards work relationships, strong culture awarenessAbout Us
