• Identify, reach out to, and build long-term relationships with potential clients (salons, stylists, distributors, and direct customers).
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
• Conduct client meetings, product pitches, and negotiations to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to run campaigns that convert into revenue.
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and prepare detailed sales reports.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
• Ensure exceptional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Proven track record in sales, business development, or client relationship management (experience in beauty/fashion/haircare industry is a plus).
• Target-driven with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Quick learner with a problem-solving mindset.
