Inbound Sales Specialist

As an Inbound Sales Specialist at Hair Originals, you will be part of a leading brand offering premium 100% human hair extensions, wigs, and related products. Your role will involve supporting the sales team in identifying and building relationships with potential clients, assisting in lead generation and maintaining CRM records, pitching products to customers, collaborating with the marketing team, understanding customer needs, and preparing sales reports and presentations. Key Responsibilities: - Support the sales team in identifying, reaching out, and building relationships with potential clients (salons, stylists, distributors, and direct customers). - Assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM records. - Pitch products to prospective customers via calls, messages, and meetings. - Collaborate with the marketing team to drive campaigns that generate sales. - Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations. - Help in preparing sales reports and presentations. Qualifications Required: - Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). - Enthusiasm for sales and business development. - Ability to work independently and in a team. - Quick learner with problem-solving attitude. - Prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
