Inbound Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, website leads, social media) and convert them into sales.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages, itineraries, and offers.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers by providing excellent consultation and service.
  • Coordinate with operations & reservations team to ensure smooth booking and client satisfaction.


Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in

    sales / inbound sales / customer service

    (preferably in travel industry).
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
  • Knowledge of travel destinations, tour packages, and booking systems.
  • Graduate in any stream; tourism or hospitality background is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
