Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Andheri East for an Inbound Sales Specialist. The Inbound Sales Specialist will handle customer inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and support customers through their purchasing journey. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, assisting with booking and reservations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The role also involves maintaining a deep understanding of The Machan&aposs offerings, and effectively communicating this to potential clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Experience skills
• Proven Sales abilities
• High level of professionalism and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Andheri Office and be punctual
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
