Job Summary:

Senior Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

Handle escalated or complex customer issues via phone, email, chat, or social media in a professional and timely manner.
Serve as a point of contact for high-value or high-priority clients.
Guide and support junior customer service staff through training, coaching, and real-time assistance.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Monitor and analyze customer service metrics and KPIs, and suggest improvements.
Assist in developing and updating customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
Participate in quality assurance processes, ensuring that all interactions meet company standards.
Provide feedback to product and management teams based on customer insights and recurring issues.
Handle reporting and documentation of complaints and resolutions.
Take ownership of end-to-end customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred or undergraduate
18 years of experience in a customer service role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Customer-centric mindset with a high level of empathy and patience.
Experience in mentoring or coaching team members is a plus.
