Role Description

This is a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative role, located on-site in Pune. The representative will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries, providing support and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. Daily tasks will involve responding to customer queries via phone or email, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers in navigating our IT services and products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in ensuring positive Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Pune
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Prior experience in the IT industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in a related field is a plus
