As an International Voice Process associate, your role involves handling customer interactions via phone for clients in USA. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The mode of work is from the office, specifically in a night shift (US shift) with cab drop facility available. Night shift allowance of up to 3k is provided. This is a full-time job opportunity. Night shift availability is required, and work is to be done in person at the office location.,
