Job Title: In-House PR Specialist– Sàwai (Luxury Investment & Concierge Brand) Location: Gurgaon About Sàwai & Sàwai Black: Sàwai is a boutique investment firm dedicated to preserving and growing wealth for discerning HNIs and UHNWIs through curated opportunities in real estate, art, collectibles, and private assets. We also operate Sàwai Black, an invite-only concierge service offering bespoke lifestyle management solutions for an elite clientele. We are seeking a dynamic, well-connected PR Manager to spearhead our organic brand visibility and establish Sàwai as a leading name in luxury investments and lifestyle services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a PR strategy to position Sàwai as a thought leader in luxury investments, art advisory, and high-end concierge services. • Build and nurture relationships with top-tier media outlets, journalists, and editors across business, lifestyle, luxury, and investment publications. • Secure high-impact media coverage, including feature stories, interviews, press mentions, and editorial placements. • Craft compelling press releases, pitches, media kits, and bylined articles that reflect the brand’s vision and expertise. • Identify speaking opportunities, awards, panels, and forums to position Sàwai’s leadership team as industry experts. • Support the development of keynote speeches, opinion pieces, and industry reports. • Collaborate with the marketing and content team to amplify PR activities across digital channels. • Draft high-quality PR content, including press notes, articles, and thought leadership content tailored for media outreach. • Assist in brand storytelling and crafting narratives that resonate with HNIs and UHNWIs. • Stay updated on trends in luxury, investment, and lifestyle sectors to identify timely PR opportunities. • Represent Sàwai at relevant industry events, networking platforms, and luxury forums. Ideal Candidate Profile: • 1-3 years of proven PR experience, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, finance, or investment sectors. • Strong media network across luxury, business, and lifestyle publications. • Exceptional storytelling and content writing skills. • Understanding of HNI/UHNI audience dynamics and the luxury market landscape. • Ability to work independently, with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. • Experience in thought leadership positioning and corporate communications is a plus.
