Import Export Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for handling end-to-end import and export documentation for both Air and Sea shipments. This includes coordinating with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents. Your role will involve preparing and verifying BL, Invoice, Packing List, and other shipping documents, as well as tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery. Regular communication with clients regarding shipment status and ensuring compliance with all customs and logistics regulations will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will support the operations team in day-to-day logistics activities. Key Responsibilities: - Handle end-to-end import and export documentation (Air & Sea). - Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and overseas agents. - Prepare and verify BL, Invoice, Packing List, and other shipping documents. - Track shipments and ensure timely delivery. - Maintain regular communication with clients regarding shipment status. - Ensure compliance with all customs and logistics regulations. - Support the operations team in day-to-day logistics activities. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Commerce / Logistics / Supply Chain or related field. - 12 years of experience in freight forwarding (import/export operations). - Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms. - Excellent communication and coordination skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email correspondence).
