About The Opportunity

• Oversee end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare and review all necessary documentation for customs clearance and export shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government bodies to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of import/export regulations, tariffs, and compliance standards.
• Assist in the negotiation of freight rates and contracts to optimize transport costs.
• Support the logistics team in resolving any issues related to shipments and transportation.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Import and Export Executive or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and export procedures.
• Proficient in handling import/export documentation and compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients and service providers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Experience with logistics management software and tools.
• Knowledge of international trade laws and tariffs.
