Position: Import & Export Executive – Agro Division

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Import & Export Executive to manage international trade operations for agro products. This role involves coordinating overseas shipments, handling documentation, dealing with buyers/suppliers, and managing export enquiries from the office. The candidate must be strong in communication, organization and follow-ups to ensure smooth cross-border trade.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import & export enquiries via email, calls and B2B platforms
• Communicate product specifications, pricing, MOQ, packaging & delivery terms
• Coordinate end-to-end export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, COA, BL, COO, Phytosanitary certificates, etc.)
• Handle LC/Advance payment follow-ups and order confirmations
• Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines & logistics teams
• Prepare quotations, Proforma invoices & ensure compliance with trade regulations
• Maintain records of shipment schedules, dispatch status & documentation
• Update CRM/Excel daily with enquiries, shipments & pending tasks
• Research new markets and maintain ongoing relationships with foreign buyers

Skills & Requirements

Ideal candidate should have:

• Understanding of import/export processes, trade documents & Incoterms
• Strong written and verbal communication for international communication
• Knowledge of agro commodities/products (preferred, can be trained)
• Good command over MS Excel, documentation & email handling
• Ability to coordinate with logistics, warehouse & overseas clients
• Detail-oriented approach with timely execution and follow-ups

• Graduate preferred (B.Com / BBA / MBA / Agri background is a plus)
