About the Role We’re expanding our network of seasoned professionals and are on the lookout for an experienced ZOHO Implementation Specialist to work with us on a contractual/project basis . You’ll be deployed on live enterprise projects where ZOHO tools need to be customised, integrated, and deployed at scale . If you’ve previously implemented ZOHO across different enterprise functions and understand how to plug it seamlessly into a broader tech ecosystem (Salesforce, WhatsApp, payment gateways, ERP systems, etc.), we want to hear from you. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end implementation of ZOHO solutions for enterprise clients — from scoping and configuration to testing, deployment, and support Customise modules within ZOHO CRM, Creator, Desk, Projects, Books, People, etc. Design custom workflows, automation rules, dashboards, and reports to meet client-specific needs Implement integrations with third-party platforms such as Salesforce , HubSpot, and other CRMs, WhatsApp Business APIs , email/SMS gateways, payment systems, internal ERPs, and marketing automation tools Collaborate with internal tech and consulting teams to ensure project success Conduct UAT, training sessions, and handover documentation What We’re Looking For Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ZOHO implementation for enterprise clients Deep knowledge of the entire ZOHO suite , especially CRM, Creator, Desk, Books, People, Projects, and Analytics Demonstrated expertise in API-based integrations and working with platforms like Salesforce, WhatsApp, Slack, and cloud apps Strong understanding of business processes and how to model them using ZOHO tools Ability to manage stakeholders, troubleshoot independently, and deliver within tight timelines Excellent communication skills — both technical and client-facing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred Why Work with Safemode?
