Job Description

As the Implementation Project Manager at Zaggle, you will be responsible for implementing Zaggle Expense Management Solution. This techno-functional role requires you to fulfill the roles of both a Project Manager and an Implementation Manager. You will have the overall leadership responsibility of the project, managing all teams involved in the project (such as technical consultants, operations team, engineering team, and travel team) based on the services purchased by the client. Your responsibilities will include scoping and analyzing requirements, configurations, managing client project team validation support, and training. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the overall project delivery and implement all the Zaggle services purchased by the client. - Manage multiple concurrent complex, global multi-phased implementations following Zaggles Deployment Methodology. - Conduct gap analysis and gather the client's business requirements to design creative solutions. - Manage client expectations, drive client deliverables, and ensure project completion from Kick-off through Go-Live. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, C-Level sponsors, and client project teams. - Persuade clients to adopt recommended solutions based on best practices. - Develop and maintain strong functional and technical product knowledge. - Conduct trainings and product demonstration calls with clients remotely. - Provide consultative expertise to guide clients through key decisions and maintain project scope and timeline. - Provide regular updates on client statuses and escalate issues when necessary. - Deliver outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores. - Contribute to Zaggles project methodology and document library. - Meet or exceed deployment productivity and quality metrics. - Work collaboratively with peers, other departments, and management. - Comply with all corporate policies. **Desired Education & Experience:** - A candidate with a B. Tech / B. Sc degree will be a good fit for the team. A management degree will be an added advantage. - 4+ years of experience with Accounting or Information Systems emphasis, with a minimum of 3 years in implementing financial and hosted applications and 2 years of Project Management, consulting, and/or software implementation experience. - Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes. - Exposure to full life-cycle financial system implementation experience. - Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver on commitments. - Experience in client-facing/service roles is a must. **Job Specific Specialized Knowledge & Skills:** - Understanding of implementation methodologies and project management in a software company. - Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to engage with internal teams to resolve client issues. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. - Effective presentation skills, excellent written and oral communication skills. - Ability to work strategically and tactically. - Strong organizational, planning, and negotiation skills. - Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly. **Finance / Accounting Experience:** - Ability to address and manage through ambiguous situations. - Prioritization and workload management to meet deadlines. - Results, goal, and customer service-oriented. **Critical Performance Competencies:** - Accountability & Ownership - Planning & Organizing Skills - Listening Skills, excellent communication, and ability to influence - Personal/Professional Effectiveness - Business Acumen/Strategic Business Perspective - Adaptability/Flexibility - Eye for Detail - Change Management - Decisiveness/Judgement - Intelligence - Tenacity **Value Competencies:** - Leadership through innovation - Customer-centric passion, empathy, and responsibility - Excellence and commitment in delivering solutions - Complete transparency and ownership - Personal & corporate integrity - Hiring, developing, and rewarding great people,
