Job Description

As the Implementation Project Manager at Zaggle, you will be responsible for implementing Zaggle Expense Management Solution. This role combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager and an Implementation Manager, where you will lead the overall project delivery, manage various teams involved in the project, and handle end-to-end functional aspects of the projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the overall project delivery and implementing all Zaggle services purchased by the client. - Managing multiple concurrent complex, global multi-phased implementations following Zaggles Deployment Methodology. - Conducting gap analysis, gathering client business requirements, and designing creative solutions for complex requirements. - Managing client expectations, driving deliverables, and ensuring project completion within schedule. - Communicating effectively with stakeholders, C-Level sponsors, and client project teams. - Providing consultative expertise to the client and guiding them through key decisions to maintain project scope and timeline. - Delivering outstanding client service to achieve high implementation survey scores. - Contributing to Zaggles project methodology and document library. - Working collaboratively with peers, other departments, and management. To be successful in this role, you should have: - A degree in B. Tech / B. Sc with a management degree being an added advantage. - 4+ years of experience with Accounting or Information Systems, with a minimum of 3 years in implementing financial and hosted applications and 2 years in Project Management, consulting, or software implementation. - Experience with financial applications and knowledge of accounting processes. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to deliver on commitments. - Client-facing/service roles experience is a must. Additionally, you should possess specialized knowledge and skills in: - Understanding implementation methodologies and project management in a software company. - Strong problem resolution skills and the ability to engage with internal teams to resolve client issues. - Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills. - Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand technical concepts quickly.
