Role & responsibilities Gain comprehensive knowledge of nonprofit operations and strategic planning. Develop research, analytical skills relevant to the sector. Learn best practices in community engagement, project management, and monitoring and evaluation. Strong interest in nonprofit management, social development, and human rights issues. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Previous experience or volunteer work in an NGO or community-based organization is an advantage.
