We're seeking an experienced and passionate Chess Coach to lead our chess program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chess, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages and skill levels. *Key Responsibilities:* 1. *Teach chess fundamentals*: Develop and deliver lesson plans that cover basic to advanced chess concepts. 2. *Assess student progress*: Evaluate students' skills, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback. 3. *Create engaging lesson plans*: Design interactive and challenging lessons that cater to different learning styles. 4. *Prepare students for tournaments*: Train students for local, national, or international chess tournaments. 5. *Foster a positive learning environment*: Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and a growth mindset. *Requirements:* 1. *Chess expertise*: Strong knowledge of chess strategies, tactics, and openings. 2. *Patience and enthusiasm*: Ability to motivate and inspire students. 3. *Strong communication skills*: Effective communication with students and staff. 4. *Well manned:* behaving good with well manners with studs. *Preferred Qualifications:* 1. *Tournament experience*: Participation in chess tournaments as a player or coach. 2. *Curriculum development*: Experience in creating chess curricula or lesson plans. *What We Offer:* 1. *Competitive compensation*: Salary with performance bonus based on kid's progress.
