Job Description

dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Sales Professional

Note:

Female candidates will be preferred.
Candidate must have their own 2-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage potential customers through tele-calling from provided leads/database.
Present project details, amenities, pricing, and unique selling points to create strong customer interest.
Schedule, coordinate, and host
site visits
for prospective buyers.
Greet and guide clients during site visits, ensuring a
delightful customer experience
.
Conduct regular
follow-ups
with leads to drive conversions into site visits and closures.
Maintain accurate lead data in
CRM and trackers
.
Support the sales closure team with customer insights and timely feedback.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Mandatory:
Prior experience in
Real Estate Sales
.
Preferred:
Women candidates residing within
1015 km radius
of office location.
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proficiency in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong customer orientation with the ability to thrive in a
fast-paced sales environment
.
Comfortable working on
Friday, Saturday, Sunday
(weekly off on Monday or Tuesday).
Must own a
two-wheeler
for daily commute.
