We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging potential customers through tele calling, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team in lead conversion. Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database/leads. Explain project details, amenities, pricing, and USPs to generate interest. Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers. Welcome and assist clients during their site visit and provide relevant project information. Regular follow-up with leads to convert them into walk-ins and closures. Maintain and update lead tracker and CRM system regularly. Support the sales closure team with necessary inputs and customer feedback. Preferred candidate profile Women candidates would be preferred. Candidate residing within 10 to 15 kms radius from office location would be preferred. Experience: 1-3 years in real estate pre-sales / sales executive role Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and regional language (Hindi & Marathi) Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekly Off will be on Monday or Tuesday (Friday, Saturday, Sunday would be working)
