Job Summary:

HR Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
Liaise with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to ensure timely scheduling and communication.
Support pre- and post-interview activities including feedback collection, follow-ups, and offer coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, business leaders, recruiters).
Monitor progress and provide regular reports/updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Any Bachelors degree.
0–2 years of experience in HR coordination, talent acquisition, or administrative support (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with ATS tools (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
High attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
Experience in coordinating interviews across multiple locations or regions.
