• Represent the company with a strong understanding of standard and customized product offerings
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Handle complete pre & post-sales activities – lead generation to order closure, dispatch coordination & payment follow-ups
• Extensive travel (minimum 15 days/month) in the assigned region to meet clients and build long-term relationships
• Coordinate with Design & Technical team at HO to develop and recommend solutions
• Provide technical expertise while submitting quotes and converting them into sales
• Work with CRM/ERP tools for smooth process flow and reporting
• Generate MIS reports (monthly/quarterly/yearly) and analyze customer profitability
• Maintain market & competitor intelligence
• Coordinate with agents/dealers and Head Office
• Guide and mentor Sales Engineers to build a high-performance team
  

• 4–8 years’ experience in technical sales (B2B/B2C) / industrial products / bulk handling equipment
• Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (not mandatory)
• Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in various sales techniques
• Excellent communication skills (English & local language proficiency required)
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Ability to think on feet and solve technical challenges
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP tools and MS Office is a must
• Age:

  32–38 years
