Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute sales strategy and forecasts.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Implement CRM systems, automation, and analytics.
  • Lead enterprise-level client engagements and negotiations.
  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and leadership teams.
  • Drive sales culture transformation and process optimization.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of international B2B sales (US/UK markets).
  • 3+ years in senior leadership (Head/AVP/Director of Sales).
  • Proven success in building and scaling teams.
  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and CRM skills.
