Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategy, targets, and forecasts
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Implement CRM, automation, and sales analytics for efficiency
  • Lead enterprise-level B2B client engagements and negotiations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams
  • Drive sales process transformation and performance optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in

    international B2B sales (US/UK markets)

  • Minimum 3 years in a senior sales leadership

    role (Head/AVP/Director)
  • Proven track record in

    scaling teams and driving revenue growth

  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies and CRM tools

  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
