* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of HR documentation, such as employee files, performance reviews, and training materials. * Manage HR data entry and maintain accurate records in HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS). * Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on HR-related matters. * Support HR initiatives and projects, such as employee engagement surveys, onboarding programs, and performance management processes. * Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
