Internal Relation: Data Management Executive, Dispatch, CRM, BDM

External Relation: Insurance Companies, Customers

1. Identify the customer s product/plan requirement

2. Abreast with various insurance plans & policies available

Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:

Understanding & processing Client query & objections.

Cold calling & lead generation through new and existing customers

Build & develop own database of potential customers

Rightly assess their insurance/investment requirements

Ensure quick closures of potential candidates.

Having experience in Health Insurance background

Education: Minimum HSC / Graduation Experience. 2-4 Years Languages fluency: English/Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati Know how about Call center - software and computer handling.
