Roles & Responsibility
- Own the P&L for key business verticals; provide insights on revenue, cost drivers, and profitability levers.
- Partner with business, growth, and category teams to drive financial accountability and strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyse sales trends, marketing ROI, customer acquisition costs, and contribution margins.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews for the business units.
- Design and track KPIs and dashboards to enable data-backed business decisions.
- Drive cost optimization, pricing strategies, and margin improvement initiatives.
- Support strategic projects like new product launches, channel expansion, and pricing decisions.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams including supply chain, tech, and operations to ensure end-to-end financial visibility.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, MIS, and variance analysis.
Key Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 2-6 years of experience in business finance, FP&A, or strategic finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, analysis, and business performance management.
- Proven experience in partnering with business leaders and driving outcomes.
- Excellent Excel, financial modeling, and presentation skills (PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
