The Tele-Caller (Sales) will be the first point of contact for many potential customers, responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound and inbound calls, providing information about Mahindra vehicles, promotions, and services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team at the dealership.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Qualification: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns to identify their interest in Mahindra vehicles.Customer Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer inquiries via phone, explaining vehicle features, pricing, financing options, and ongoing promotions.Appointment Setting: Schedule test drives, showroom visits, and meetings for potential customers with the sales executives.Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information, call records, and sales activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Mahindra vehicle models, their features, specifications, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address basic queries and concerns, and ensure a positive initial experience.Coordination: Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and follow-up.Reporting: Submit daily call reports, lead status updates, and other relevant information as required.Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve sales strategies and customer satisfaction. Exp. - Proven experience (0 City - Krishnanagar,Kalyani,Baharampur Qualification - Minimum 10th or 12th pass. Graduates preferred.
