About your team
The IAM Product team unifies IAM delivery, support, architecture, and design under a single global vision and strategy. It focuses on enhancing and supporting Fidelity's internal IAM technology products and bespoke integrations, providing critical IAM services to FIL's business operations.

About your role The successful candidate will join the Global IAM Product Team, primarily responsible for the comprehensive support and maintenance of FIL's IGA solution. They will participate in engineering, deployment, and testing activities, while also integrating the IGA with various core and business enterprise systems. This role ensures that FIL's most critical applications benefit from IAM governance and segregation of duties, enhancing efficiency through automated access provisioning and delivering an improved user experience to IAM customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide continuous assistance, including conducting health evaluations and managing support queues.
  • Collaborate with teams to incorporate FIL applications for access governance and automated provisioning.
  • Work alongside the Product Owner and leadership to prioritise tasks, evaluate requirements, review designs, and ensure preparedness.
  • Improve IGA capabilities by employing agile methodologies.
  • Use APIs to automate integration processes.
  • Evaluate and participate in technical design assessments.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Liaise with vendors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and support of IGA solutions.

About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent formal education or experience.
  • More than 6 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and integrating Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) systems.
  • At least 3 years of direct experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
  • Strong understanding of ISC built-in connectors for key systems such as Workday, Active Directory, Entra, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Skilled in integration using connectors like JDBC, Web Services, and SCIM etc.
  • Proficient in APIs (REST & SOAP) and thorough understanding of cloud environments (IAAS, PAAS, SAAS).
  • Broad knowledge of various technologies and their interoperability, including Unix, Linux, Windows, Oracle, and SQL Server.
  • Strong tendency to take initiative and lead by example.
  • Ability to apply experience to critically assess and challenge current or proposed solutions.
  • Able to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail and a natural ability to prioritise tasks and objectives.
  • Analytical skills with the capacity to rapidly assimilate new information.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and associated security threats.
  • Capable of communicating impact, root cause, and solutions effectively in both technical and business contexts.
  • Experience in collaborating with teams across diverse geographical locations.
  • Extensive experience with the challenges of integration, migration, and communication among applications, databases, and technology platforms.
  • Ability to investigate, recommend, and assume responsibility for alternative problem-solving actions, consulting with relevant internal or external experts when necessary.
