Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Officer to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 2-6 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas of the hotel.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any potential health hazards or concerns.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of hygiene protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventories, and staff training.
  • Implement and monitor infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of illnesses.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with cleaning protocols and procedures, and experience with inventory management software.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
