Job Description

The HVAC Sales Engineer is responsible for driving sales growth by providing technically sound HVAC solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards. This role combines engineering expertise with strong customer engagement, requiring frequent meetings, site visits, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation & Requirement Analysis -Engage with clients to assess HVAC needs, site conditions, and project specifications, providing professional technical recommendations.

2. Technical Solution Design-Develop detailed system designs and proposals that balance performance, energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

3. Quotation & Tender Preparation-Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates, technical submittals, and tender documentation in compliance with company and client standards.

4. Sales Meetings & Presentations-Conduct professional meetings and presentations with clients, consultants, and contractors to promote HVAC products and solutions.

5. Site Visits & Inspections-Perform regular field visits to evaluate site conditions, verify design feasibility, support installation progress, and maintain client relationships.

6. Project Coordination & Support-Collaborate with design, installation, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution from proposal to commissioning.

7. Market Development & Competitor Analysis-Identify new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and analyze competitor offerings to enhance the company’s market position.

8. Customer Relationship Management-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

9. Technical & After-Sales Assistance-Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, and commissioning phases, ensuring compliance with performance and quality standards.

10. Sales Target Achievement & Reporting-Achieve assigned sales goals through strategic planning, prospecting, and effective pipeline management. Maintain accurate reports and forecasts for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
