Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation via cold calling and networking with HVAC/BMS consultants, contractors, and end-users
  • Promote and sell products including Pressure, Temperature, Level, Air & Water Quality Sensors
  • Client visits for demonstrations, solution presentations, and product pitch
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
  • Submit quotations, handle negotiations, and close deals
  • Regularly update market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
  • Attend exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events
  • Submit weekly visit schedules and follow-up action reports
  • Willingness to travel frequently for client interactions

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Sales experience in HVAC/BMS systems and instrumentation
  • Technical understanding of automation and sensor products
  • Strong client-handling and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet targets.
