Job Description

end-to-end HR operations and recruitment


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage complete

    HR operations at site

    , including attendance, compliance, employee records, and welfare activities
  • Lead and manage

    recruitment efforts

    for site-level technical and non-technical positions
  • Coordinate with project heads and department managers to assess manpower needs
  • Handle

    onboarding, induction

    , and documentation for new joinees
  • Ensure adherence to

    labour laws and statutory compliance

    at the site
  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain updated HR reports, MIS, and dashboards
  • Support engagement initiatives and drive retention strategies
  • Liaise with head office HR for alignment and reporting

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction or real estate companies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, site HR operations, and labour compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently at the project site
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools
