Role Description

This is a full-time on-site individual contributor role located in Hyderabad for a Senior Executive, Human Resources. The Senior Executive will be responsible for Managing Talent Acquisition, Payroll ,HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and the implementation of HR policies. Daily tasks include managing recruitment processes, developing strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring compliance with HR regulations, and handling employee grievances. The role involves close coordination with various departments to support the overall business goals and workforce planning initiatives.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Expertise in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
