Shree Shakthi® manufacturing plant is built on 13 acres of land with 100000 sq. ft. sheds for the storage of raw materials required for production. The production capacity of the plant is 800 cubic meters per day owing to meeting market demands. We have a fully owned and managed fleet of vehicles, which empowers us in laudable delivery time of materials. Best AAC Blocks

Shree Shakthi Aerated Autoclaved Concrete (AAC Blocks) is an eco-friendly material used to produce lightweight, heat-resistant, and durable building blocks. Developed in the 1920s by the Swedish, it is three times lighter than the ancient red bricks. AAC Blocks majorly consist of AIR (60%-85% by volume) and are produced by the method of autoclaving and high pressurized curing of aerated materials. AAC Blocks soon became one of the most used building materials in the construction industry around the world. These blocks are manufactured using Aluminum powder, fly ash, cement, lime and gypsum. The reaction of aluminum with lime, water and silica releases Hydrogen gas resulting in a porous structure of Calcium Silicate Hydrate which is cut and steam cured at high temperature (210 °C) and pressure (12Kg) for 10-12 hours. The resultant AAC blocks have a wide variety of commercial, industrial and residential applications. In comparison with normal clay bricks, AAC blocks stand superior in their properties and cost. Also, our AAC blocks are available in various sizes to meet all construction requirements. In addition to reducing the cost of plastering, these blocks are water-resistant and offer high strength over time. AAC blocks with their cellular structure can be easily cut with a carpenter’s saw, and driving nails can be done easily. With AAC blocks, weight reduction is the primary benefit for structural reasons, saving steel reinforcement in foundation up to 25% resulting in substantial savings of materials up to 10% thereby reducing the construction cost.

Shree Shakthi Tile Adhesive is a ready to mix cementite’s powder enriched with polymer product. It’s a bond tile adhesive which gives an excellent bond on plaster as well as concrete surfaces, making it an ideal material for fixing ceramic tiles, vitrified tiles, mosaic tiles and all other floor tiles. Our highly flexible Tile Adhesive ensures fewer cracks and has excellent waterproofing ability. Only one thin layer of adhesive is sufficient for jointing tiles with good tensile adhesion strength. For centuries, tiles were installed using a basic mixture of sand, cement, and water. However, today’s purpose-made adhesives come with many advantages. Shree Shakthi Tile Adhesive is always known for its exceptional bonding strength and its self-curing feature. The usage of the traditional mixture of sand and cement usually causes difficulty to adjust the tiles after being laid. They also create voids leading to water seepage through tiles. About Ready Mix Plaster

“Shree Shakthi Ready Mix Plaster” is a strong, durable premixed powder suitable for plastering over all types of old or new conventional clay bricks, fly ash bricks/blocks and Autoclaved Aerated Concrete blocks (AAC). It's a ready-made plaster which, is helpful, can be applied to all masonry interiors and exteriors to achieve a fine and smooth surface. With Shree Shakthi plaster, more work per day can be done with its instant preparation by adding relatively less amount of water. Other advantages include lighter, zero shrinkage and allows no water seepage. With its ease of application it saves both manpower and time by It can also be used for the basic levelling of concrete, lightweight blocks and bricks. Less curing time is one of the notable features possessed by Shree Shakthi Ready Mix Plaster. In addition to that, they leave a quality finish and have a good interlocking power. These features indicate that they have high water resisting qualities as well. Shree Shakthi Ready Mix Plaster generally does not contain any impurities, which thereby protects walls from any fungus attacks. It can be used for basic levelling of concrete and brick blocks, filling holes, irregularities, and levelling walls/ceilings. About Jointing Mortar

Shree Shakthi Jointing Mortar is an excellent water-resistant adhesive that creates a strong bond between AAC blocks and stones. This pre-mixed powder comprises premium quality mortar made up of ordinary Portland cement, graded sand and Polymers. It is a multipurpose adhesive that can be used to join all types of construction materials in both interior and exterior surfaces. It is specially formulated and easily applied, giving better bonding with higher air in-training properties. Not only that, but it replaces conventional jointing mortar of 12-18 mm thickness with a highly versatile 3-4 mm thickness mortar. This joining mortar offers quick setting property and glues the block together in less time thereby provide next lay immediately. High future maintenance cost can be reduced along with increasing durability when Shree Shakthi Jointing Mortar is used.
