Job Role : HR Executive

Location: Pune- Onsite

Salary: 4-5LPA

An HR Executive is responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and policy implementation within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Handling employee relations, addressing grievances, discipline issues, and fostering a positive workplace environment.
• Maintaining accurate employee records, both digital and physical, ensuring privacy and compliance.
• Developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with labor law, HRIS systems, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Assisting in performance management processes, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist or related HR roles) is commonly required.
