Job Description (Short):

We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to handle end-to-end hiring for Top-10 Retails PVT LTD. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for store-level, while ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates for retail roles (store staff, managers)

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

• Manage offer roll-out and joining formalities

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

• Work closely with HR team

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (Retail preferred)

• Good communication and coordination skills
