Job Title: Finance Operations Executive Location: Andheri West Company: Top-10 Retails Pvt Ltd ( Dev Marketing) Role Overview: As a Finance Operations Executive at Top-10, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in collaboration with our partner financial institutions such as Bajaj Finance, HDFC, IDFC, and others. You will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing transactional processes, ensuring GST compliance, and generating reports to support senior management in data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transactions Management: Coordinate and manage daily finance operations, including fund disbursements, loan processing, and reconciliation with finance companies (e.g., Bajaj, HDFC, IDFC). Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present periodic financial statements, cash flow reports, and reconciliations. GST and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with GST and other applicable financial regulations. Prepare and file GST returns promptly. Reconciliation and Settlements: Reconcile company accounts with financial institutions and vendors to ensure consistency and transparency in financial records. Documentation and Audit Support: Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and support internal and external audits with accurate and timely data. Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement in financial processes and recommend operational efficiencies. Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the company and partner financial institutions to ensure seamless financial operations. Key Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred). 2–4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in NBFC/Bank collaboration settings. Strong understanding of financial statements, GST regulations, and banking processes. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, or other accounting software; ERP knowledge is a plus. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Experience: Experience working with financial institutions like Bajaj Finance, HDFC, IDFC, etc. Familiarity with loan disbursement and EMI reconciliation processes.
