Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Blue Collar Recruiter located in Mumbai. The Blue Collar Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various blue-collar positions within the company. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Day-to-day tasks include posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

Qualifications

• Experience in blue-collar recruiting, talent acquisition, and interviewing candidates
• Strong understanding of various blue-collar roles and requirements
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and manage high-volume recruitment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
