We're on a mission to serve 10,000 families in Delhi NCR and build a professional, client-first team culture. To support our growth, we’re looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to manage our people operations and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment. Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding) Maintain employee records and attendance Process monthly payroll and reimbursements Organize employee engagement & training activities Manage HR documentation, compliance, and contracts Coordinate performance reviews and assist in policy updates Support team leads with hiring, grievance redressal, and HR reporting What We’re Looking For:1–3 years of experience in HR/Admin roles Strong knowledge of HR processes, tools & compliance Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS platforms Excellent communication and people-handling skills Ability to multitask and take initiative in a growing team environment Prior experience in financial services is a plus (not mandatory) What You’ll Get:Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience) Performance-based incentives Learning & growth opportunities in a fast-paced setup Exposure to the financial services industry Supportive leadership and team culture
