Human Resources Recruiter

Primary Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential insurance Area Sales Managers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships reference.
• Candidate Screening: Assess candidates' qualifications, including Business sales experience, and understanding of insurance motor products.
• Interviewing: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' communication skills, sales aptitude, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
• Training Coordination: Work with BDM to provide new agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance training.
• Performance Monitoring: Track the performance of newly hired agents to ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to company standards.
• Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain top-performing agents, such as offering career development opportunities and recognizing achievements.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and build relationships with potential candidates.
• Sales Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products and the sales process.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Capability to assess candidates' potential and make informed hiring decisions.
• Licensing Knowledge: Familiarity with the licensing requirements for insurance agents in the relevant jurisdictions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
