You will be responsible for the following tasks: - Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting potential insurance Area Sales Managers through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and partnerships reference. - Candidate Screening: Assessing candidates" qualifications, including Business sales experience, and understanding of insurance motor products. - Interviewing: Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates" communication skills, sales aptitude, and cultural fit within the organization. - Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles. - Training Coordination: Working with BDM to provide new agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance training. - Performance Monitoring: Tracking the performance of newly hired agents to ensure they meet sales targets and adhere to company standards. - Retention Strategies: Developing and implementing strategies to retain top-performing agents, such as offering career development opportunities and recognizing achievements. Key Skills and Qualifications: - Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey information and build relationships with potential candidates. - Sales Knowledge: Understanding of insurance products and the sales process. - Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Analytical Skills: Capability to assess candidates" potential and make informed hiring decisions. - Licensing Knowledge: Familiarity with the licensing requirements for insurance agents in the relevant jurisdictions.
