To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in the licensing industry, with a strong background in SAM management and software licensing across multiple publishers. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, along with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should have a solid understanding of virtualized environments, active directory/SCCM, and experience using tools like ServiceNow Request Management and Flexera. Customer-facing experience is a mandatory requirement for this position, as you will be interacting with partners at various levels within organizations, from operational teams to senior management.
